1. How do I know that my credit card information is safe and secured?  Mana’s Online Scheduling System is as secured as ANY internet site that accepts credit card data. For detailed information provided by Tele-Serve, my provider, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2. Is massage a good idea when I’m sick?   Contrary to what you may believe, massage can actually make you more sick by increasing your circulation and lymph movement (aka toxin-mover). Just give a call to reschedule. Remember, I can’t help anyone to feel better if I’m sick too!
  3. What do I wear during massage?   You can get undressed to your level of comfort. Oregon Massage Laws protect your modesty and privacy. (as do I!). I adhere to strict draping requirements. Some people like to be without clothes completely, others like to leave their underclothes on.
  4. Is it ok to leave my cell phone on during my session?    No! I find that maximum reality remover results are achieved when the phone is off. Besides, you deserve a bit of down time, even for an hour.
  5. What if I’m uncomfortable or something doesn’t feel right, what do I do?   Please let me know! The session is all about you so if you need more or less heat, more or less pressure, a change in music, or anything, please let me know as you discover it.
  6. Do we talk during my massage?   I discourage talking during the massage, unless it is feedback on the session itself. I find that when a conversation takes place, it is difficult for the brain to truly “let go”, distracting you from maximum relaxation results. In addition, it keeps me from getting into the zone that I enjoy getting into when I do my best work.
  7. What about gratuity? I believe the best tip is to reschedule.
